Reflection drill: Make the impossible possible by breaking it down into simple, “do-able” steps. The best way to overcome feeling overwhelmed is to think it out on paper. Write down every action step necessary for doing the job.

Why it matters:  Get more specific about WHO, WHAT and HOW -— Now! Yard by yard, it’s mighty hard, but inch by inch, it’s a cinch.

What are the necessary action steps required to achieve major objectives for your “impossible” projects?
